A 13 % buyer's premium will be added to your purchase with a 3% discount when paying with cash or check. Please bring someone to help load any heavy items. Arrangements can be made to pick up larger items on Monday following the sale date.
REAL ESTATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
An amount equal to 10% of the highest bid will be added to that bid to determine the Total Contract Price. A non-refundable deposit equal to ten percent of the Total Contract Price must be made to the auction company today either in cash, good check with ID. or bank letter of credit. The balance of the Total Contract Price will be due within 30 days at the closing of the transaction.
All measurements are presumed to be correct but are to be verified by the purchaser. Potential bidders should inspect the property prior to bidding and make all decisions based upon their evaluation alone. Neither the auction company, the auctioneer, nor any employees of the auction company make any warranties or guaranties as the condition of the property. Purchaser is buying the property in its present condition. " AS IS --WHERE IS --WITH ALL FAULTS." if any exist.
The bidder is bound by his/her bid. Once offered, a bid becomes a legal and binding contract. The sale is NOT contingent upon the bidder obtaining any financing or making other arrangement or other inspections.
