in-house liquidation of an entire estate, we offer our services to people who are in the process of downsizing or moving to another location. An estate sale is not always the right solution for every client. If this is the case, we will consult with you to find the right solution and lead you in the right direction. We also handles consignments, on-line and direct. There is no charge or obligation for our estate sale consultations and we encourage your phone calls and emails if you have any questions.

Question #1:
How much do you charge? That is a great question but not one that any estate sale company should or can accurately quote you over the phone. Estate sales require time, knowledge, experience and more manual labor than most people will ever realize. We charge on a precentage basis and there are many factors that play into this percentage rate. The only way an accurate percentage quote can be made is by observing the estate first hand. Why do we have to see the estate to quote a percentage rate? The rate is based on how long the set up will take, the amount of clean up that has to be done to the property and the sale items, the value of the in-house estate and how many employees it will require to set up and manage the sale.
Question #2:
How much is advertising? Advertising is included in the percentage rate that we quote. The quote that we give you should include every expense, so there are no surprises. If there is an extra charge, it will only be added after both parties are in agreement.
Question #3:
What happens after the estate sale? That depends on what the customer chooses. There are options, and these options are all a part of the percentage that is charged to the estate. If the customer wants an all in one option to the in-house estate closing process, we can do that. After the sale we can have a buy-out specialist come in and bid on the remaining estate items, or we will donate the items (your choice of charities or ours, which ever is agreed upon), we dispose of the trash, and make the house show ready. The house will be empty when we turn off the lights and lock the doors. Or we can walk out after the last day and you can handle the
in-house estate closing process. These are the most two chosen options; however, we can discuss other options to finish the project for you, if you like.

1. Estate Sales: We prepare, market, staff, and conduct on site in-house estate sales.
2. Auction Placement: We research high value items and special collections and then place them with an appropriate auction company.
3. Internet Auctions: We use the internet to directly market certain categories of collectibles.
4. Pricing and Merchandising: We provide extensive research of all collectibles. We utilize several areas of expertise including - reputabler dealers, collectors, high end - auction houses and professional appraisers, our massive library on reference, trade, and price guide material, internet research, professional club affilations, and our own professional skills. Our intent is to maintain as much value at the estate sale as possible.
5. Consignment: If there are collectibles or antiques that do not sale, we will be glad to take these items on a consignment level.
