About Wendell Keefer Estate Sales
We conduct on-line Estate Sales. We will need ample time to conduct your sale on-line. We will clean up the items, photograph the times and post them on multiple sites to generate as much interest in the item as possible. This allows us a better chance at receiving a fair value for your items.
Many on-site Estate Sales can be overwhelming for clients. Many people do not appreciate the value of items and try to receive the items at a lower price. Many people also do not have any respect for the property or the contents. Online sales eliminates theft and you also won't have 1,000 people tramping through your yard, over your carpet and through your house.
Generally, you should have 2-3 months to liquidate your items online. You can do it faster, but the items will have to be reduced to liquidate the items fast. If you don't have 2-3 months, and if we have room in our warehouse, we can also remove all of the valuable items from your home and put them online from our warehouse so you can sell the property. Many times, we do not have enough space, so this option is only available with space available.

I recently lost my mother & so the estate sale was really the last thing I wanted to have to worry about. Then I found Wendell & Jose who not only took care of everything but were kind, honest & fair, qualities you do not see in most people these days.
