Hello, V Patton Estate Sale Options is a fast growing Estate Sale Business in Central Florida. We offer an array of options to suit all needs of all prospective clients/estate owners.
I have been in this type of business for many years and pride myself in the knowledge and expertise that comes with this type of service. My life goal is to help people in need or under high stress or having to deal with a loss of a loved one. I know how difficult it is to be in these shoes and my compassion to ease the pain and eliminate the stress of work is what keeps me and my team of wonderful help dedicated and fulfilled.

Valerie, Phillip and her crew did an excellent job in clearing out our mother's home. They were so pleasant to work with and very professional. The estate sale took place during the Covid-19 pandemic, but they took the utmost care to make sure everyone who came was socially distant and safe. My neighbor and I met you and your sweetheart at a sale here in Seffner a week or two ago. Attending the sale was unique. Lots of pet peeves I had about others' arranging, prices, placement, wieght of carrying items around, and other annoyances were totally absent from the sale resulting from your thorough, thoughtful efforts to give me a quality visit. It's like meeting my sweetheart----I wouldn't have known to look for him because I didn't know such a good guy existed (you seem to have found one, too!).

Facing the daunting task of selling a the possessions my loved one collected over a life time was a stressful and overwhelming task to say the least. After looking at several options I selected Valerie, Philip and their team to handle the sale. I was amazed and impressed by the way they handled my sale. Excellent communication, a very thorough job and a professional and sensitive approach are things you will find should you be fortunate enough to have them handle your estate sale. From assessing the items, to set up, pricing, sale and clean up I was very happy with everything they did. Very well advertised and attended, the sale went very well and the house was in fact swept out and vacuumed clean. We spent 3 weeks going through the house and they found and saved several items important to my family we had missed. Proceeds were fairly assessed, accurately detailed on the statement paid promptly. This process frankly requires some trust on the seller's part and they have certainly earned mine. We were very pleased with the work Val and her crew did with the contents of my 95 year old mother's house. She passed away in May and as you can imagine, a 95 year old had a large and varied accumulation of life's "treasures" . Val came in sorted it all out, priced it, advertised it, cleaned up afterword and left the house spotless! It's worth the fee for that alone
