With over 20+ years of customer service and retail sales along with 5+ years with reselling online and flea markets. We have the experience to give our clients the up most professional service.
WE WILL MEET OR BEAT ANY OTHER COMPANIES COMMISSION RATE GUARANTEED. WE DO NOT CHARGE FOR TRASH REMOVAL OR ADVERTISING FEES. IT'S ALL INCLUDED IN THE COMMISSION FEE.
Whether you're downsizing, settling an estate, we got you covered. No upfront fees.
We only charge a commission on sales thats it. NO HIDDEN FEES! Commission fee is determined by the size of the house and amount of content.
We also will do large sales (automobiles, boats, golf carts etc..)
Free trash removal!
We will set up for the sale. DO NOT THROW OUT ANYTHING! WE SALE EVERYTHING!!!
We do accept credit cards.
We will collect sales tax on each transaction.
Take all unsold items to charities (unless client specifically ask to keep it after sale)
Payout is approximately 5-7 business days after last day of sale.
