Initially I met Zina who gave me an overview of the services provided as well as pricing information. Afterwards she came to the house to determine the best direction to take. Zina took numerous pictures of items, asked insightful questions, and did not make me feel that I was being forced to make any decisions before I was ready to commit to a sale. Her kindness and professionalism convinced me on the spot that I wanted to work with her.
The Then and Now Estate Sales team scheduled, planned and executed our estate sale. They let me know what to expect every step of the way. They checked up with me on the days preceding the set up and sale to ask I had any questions or concerns. On the days they were duet the house, they came on time. They advertised on their website, local print and electronic media, and on social media determined fair market pricing of our items; created order by giving out numbers to the buyers; set the house so it looked like a showroom; and most importantly, efficiently managed the sale.
We were very pleased with the results, and the sales exceeded our expectations. I would recommend them highly to anyone who might need an estate sale.

I also want to commend you on the extensive online advertising, including many many websites that only a true professional knows about. The exposure given to our sale explains the lines out the door and down the street for the duration of the sale. In addition, we truly appreciate the extensive pre-sale research you did on the many items we had to sell.
