Gigi was fantastic! She and her team proved other companies wrong by selling almost everything we had! We were very surprised and happy with the monies she brought in for our mom’s estate! I live in Michigan and I do estate sales here. My Aunt lives in St. Pete and her daughters (my cousins, Karen Murray, Tami Etchison) asked me to do a sale for her, which wasn’t possible, so after researching the area, I referred them to a couple companies. I was introduced to the AMAZING GIGI through my real estate agent. We were in the process of selling our house and in a short period of time I needed to sale all of the furniture inside my house that I knew I wasn’t going to be able to take with me to my next property. For example my grant piano, my husband boat and safe, a extra large trampoline, etc. Words can’t even explain how incredible Gigi is. She was communicating with me all of the time, always with a great attitude and positivity. She made the process, smooth, fast and easy. I cannot say enough good things about Gigi. She overcame obstacles when our sale was pushed back multiple times. She treated my parents estate like it was her own parents sale. She was alway in constant contact and did things exactly the way she said she would. I would not even twice about hiring her again. She was a bright spot in a very difficult situation.

We absolutely could not have moved my grandparents out of their home in just a month without the help of Gigi and her team. They were so courteous and most of all understanding regarding the sensitive situation my grandparents found themselves in having to leave their home of 48 years and downsize into a small apartment. We made so much extra money selling what would have otherwise been donated. Would definitely use her again!

Gigi is a superstar ✨. I very rarely give comments but what this wonderful Lady does is above and beyond the call of duty.
