Welcome to Sunshine’s Emporium, an online-only estate sale company serving Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, Tennessee and Alabama. Why are we online only?

Well for a couple reasons really. We offer services to those who cannot, for whatever reason, (HOA’s, lack of parking, gated community, safety concerns, etc.) hold an in-person estate sale in their home.

Or for those who just do not want to deal with all the hassles and liabilities of an onsite, in-person sale. Then this online option is a perfect fit.

Our goal is to conduct the most professionally run estate sales in Georgia and surrounding areas. We come to your location, catalog the items, take the pictures and any necessary measurements. Then we set up your sale online, advertise, deal with any questions and handle the pickups.

Holding your estate sale online also helps to manage those coming into your house by allowing only actual buyers to enter at scheduled pickup times. Additionally, you can have access to a bigger audience with buyers from across the region or the nation.

Further, holding your estate sale online allows for more detailed cataloging and tracking of items. You can also easily watch the sale yourself, and then you will get a completed detail report when the sale is over with your check.

We do not have another store and we do not purchase assets from the estate sales. As we believe this can cause conflicts of interest.

***Please Note: Certain estates and collections will be moved and hosted from my personal location due to issues with the estate owner’s property, (not enough room, parking issues, HOA’s, etc.) as I have the space and no issues with parking or so on. This will be mentioned in the description if the pickup will be at my location.
