Our service begins with a free consultation in which we will meet with you to walk through the home. The walk-through will allow us to answer any questions you may have, assess your items, and take pictures and notes for research if necessary. Contact us today for your free consultation!

We have an extensive e-mail list of wonderful buyers from previous sales who will receive a flyer about your sale, in addition to local newspaper advertising and a special feature on our website.

During the week prior to the sale, we bring in adequate tables and equipment and begin to organize items for maximum exposure and display.

Items will be priced accurately based on our in-depth assessment of the market value of your art, antiques, collectibles, furnishings, automobiles, boats, RVs, and all other household items to be sold.

On the days of the sale we place quality signs locally to direct buyers to the home. We conduct the sale in a very professional manner with the utmost care of the home and its contents.

There are a number of options for remaining items at the end of the sale, including a donation in the owner’s name. With any higher valued items that may remain after the sale, we offer a consignment feature on our website.

The home will be empty and broom-cleaned for you at the end of the sale.
