I needed to sell my home in a timely manner and they were very helpful in explaining the benefits of selling my real estate at public auction as opposed to listing with a real estate agency or attempting to sell the property myself. They took care of every aspect of the sale of my property, from marketing/advertising and showings. South Jersey Estate Liquidators not only met my expectations, but exceeded the appraised value of my shore home. I was charged only a 2% commission fee compared to real estate agencies which quoted me anywhere from 6 to 8 percent to sell my property. This proved to save my family thousands of dollars. We contracted with South Jersey Estate Liquidators as part a plan to prepare our parent’s property to be sold. The contents were vast and it was a major undertaking. Frank proposed a series of sales, but only had the opportunity to carry one out successfully before COVID put a halt to conventional estate sales. Like so many others have had to adapt their businesses, Frank was able to shift gears and utilize virtual platforms to auction many of our items. While our sale may have had greater potential under normal circumstances, that does not detract from the quality of service we received from SJ Estate Liquidators.
