We are a full service estate and home liquidation company based in Norman, Oklahoma; owned and operated by the mother/daughter team of Kay Osborn and Kim Seewald.
How our service works:
•We meet with the owner/family to determine what is to be sold and provide an estimate of what they can expect to receive, present our contract and discuss the details of when the sale will take place
•On the date agreed upon, we bring in tables, racks and shelves, and begin the sorting and set up process, which can take up to two weeks
•We clean sale items as necessary and stage the furniture and other items to maximize attractiveness – a well-staged sale brings greater profit
•Items will be priced based on current market value, any unique items will be researched and if we believe they will sell at a higher price online, we make the arrangements
•Sales are marketed through newspaper ads, online listings, direct email, signs and other means to bring in the most possible buyers
•Most sales are two days. Saturday from about 9:00 am – 3:00 pm with items sold at full price, bids will be taken on large items for an amount above half price. Sunday from about 1:00 – 4:00 pm with most items at half price.
•We personally price and stage each item. Our sales team consists of Kay and Kim, our husbands with additional staff added if necessary
•At the end of the sale, remaining items are disposed of as agreed upon in the contract
•As required by Oklahoma statutes, sales tax is collected and we prepare and file the sales tax report and remit with payment
•An accounting and check will be given to the owner within a week of the sale
