ReclaimingMia Estate Sales is a local family-owned estate liquidation and clean-out company who serves Albany, Rensselaer, Warren, Saratoga, Columbia and Greene Counties. We are fully insured and would be happy to provide you with references. Our company takes an individual approach with each of our clients; no two situations are the same and no two sales are the same. We can handle everything from appraisals, sales, buyouts, deliveries and clean-outs. Our services include: *Estate Liquidations-This is perhaps the most emotional time for our clients. Along with the grief that we experience when we lose someone close to us, often we are also suddenly faced with having to dispose or sell their items. It is typical for this process to be fraught with family pull, grief, and guilt. I can assure you that ReclaimingMia Estate Sales will help you handle all of this with compassion, sensitivity and discretion. Even though we cannot take away the pain of the loss, we can help ease the stress of the disposition of items. *Downsizing/Moving Sales-Folks are deciding to downsize for various reasons: economic, stage of life and/or moving from a home to assisted living or apartment. Whatever the reason, downsizing usually means that we need to sell some of our belongings. This can be stressful; not just the process of selling these items, but also the emotional toll this can take-especially when these items are cherished. At ReclaimingMia Estate Sales, we know the emotional roller coaster that you are facing and will work hard to help you through the process.*Total House Clean-outs-Sometimes due to house accessibility, or condition, a property must have all of the items removed as opposed to having a sale on site. We can handle an offsite sale, or a total dumpster clean-out including painting/cleaning to prep the house for market.
