New Dawn Estate Sales

When you select our company to conduct the sale of your property the first thing will be an onsite visit to the sale site for an evaluation. New Dawn Estate Sales along with the client will determine what items will be included in the sale, and the items that will be excluded. Once this is determined the commission percentage will be agreed upon between New Dawn Estate Sales and the client. Items not sold by the end of the sale will be removed from sale site by New Dawn Estate Sales at the discretion of the clients wishes. The house, building will be swept, cleaned, and vacuumed at the end of sale. The funds collected at sale will be determined to the client less commission within 5 days from end of sale.
