Mountainshore Estate Sales is a family-run business founded by a mother-and-son team, Laura and James, who share a lifelong passion for antiques and history. Their love for collecting and preserving the past was inspired by Jean Woods, their mother and grandmother, who passed down an appreciation for craftsmanship, storytelling, and timeless treasures.

For decades, Laura and James have been antiquing, collecting, and reselling, building both expertise and relationships within the vintage community. Now, they’ve turned that passion into a purpose — helping others downsize, declutter, and discover the value in what they own.

Mountainshore’s mission is simple: to help everyday people — especially those on limited incomes or in transitional stages of life — turn their possessions into opportunity. Whether it’s managing an estate sale, clearing a lifetime of collections, or simply helping someone start fresh, Mountainshore works with care, honesty, and respect.
