We understand that estate liquidation is a an overwhelming task--for anyone. Our goal is to remove as much stress as possible for you. Our clients often describe a feeling of having the weight lifted from their shoulders. And that's the way it should be.
We will provide services that will turn your furnishings into liquid assets.
The complete estate sales services provided by Malibu Surplus range from liquidating the entire contents of a home to empty nester downsizing.
We find buyers for your belongings, and they will be valued and cherished all over again. Your possessions will be “recycled†and you will receive cash payment as you achieve your goal of clearing your house and storage.
The Malibu Surplus Estate Sale Service begins with a free initial consultation. Once we decide to move forward, a plan is established, appropriate venue(s) determined, and sale dates coordinated. Details that might need to be completed before the job can begin will be reviewed. A contractual agreement will be signed by both parties.
Basic Services include: Organization, Fair Market pricing and appraisal, Staging, Advertising, Signage, Contacting Specialized Dealers, Staffing and Security for the Sale, Payment of Net Proceeds after the Sale’s conclusion, and help with Charitable Donations.
Additional Services include, but are not limited to: Insurance Appraisal and Photographic Inventory, Enhanced Staging, Blended Sales, Consignment, Moving and Storage, Auction Listings, Complete House Clean-Out, Odor Removal, Rodent Remediation, Janitorial, Hauling, Handyman, Attic Cleaning, Trash/Hazardous Waste Disposal. Additional fees apply.
