Lucky Find Estate Sales

Thank you to Lucky Find Estate Services (Brandon and Vanney) who were very professional and handled my parents estate thoughtfully. It was a large number of items and needed to be staged with 3 auctions. They have the experience and resources to take care of the advertising, set-up, auction times, processing and even shipping smaller items to buyers out of state. I would highly recommend their services to anyone needing efficient estate liquidation

This is a young married couple who have energy and respect for the seller and buyer. Often sellers have fatigue and emotions when having an estate sale. They are experienced in handling such things. They quietly and efficiently do their job with utmost respect for your property. The buyers that they attract are some of the nicest people.
It was a pleasant experience and I now call them ‘friends’. BTW they are prompt, trustworthy and honest.

Brandon and Vanney were very professional and handled my estate sale beautifully. They had the knowledge and resources to take care of the advertising, set-up, and clean-up afterwards. They were also attentive to my needs and were able to conduct the sale based on my timeframe. Because they took care of everything from start to finish, my stress was relieved. We engaged Brandon of Lucky Find and his wife, Vanney, to organize and run an estate sale as we were selling our house and moving, and we were happy we did. Most importantly, the two of them did everything they promised to do, which is a rarity these days. They were very professional and very punctual, consistently arriving at our house at the scheduled time. They are very knowledgeable about the estate sale world and gave us some shrewd guidance on selling (or not selling) various items. Brandon and Vanny did a great job of organizing, packaging and presenting the sale items. They spent a great deal of time at our house photographing the sale items and, later and behind the scenes, in advertising the sale items on various estate sale websites they have access to. The sale itself went very smoothly and very successfully; we were happy with the results and pleasantly surprised at the number of items that did sell. Brandon and Vanny are real pros and we're happy to recommend them to other homeowners needing estate sale services.

Brandon/Lucky Find helped with my Dad’s moving/pre-estate sale. He really make it a great experience. He was timely, well organized and came through where other’s could not. He also worked through our Realtor as I was out of state and handled everything with Professionalism and Trustworthiness. He remained in contact via Text and was always available.

Watching the Auction happen was exciting as the numbers and items started to fly in the closing hours of each. Once closed, he managed the pickups and provided a well itemized list of what remained. Some of my parents friends picked up a few sentimental items (which if I’d known I would’ve given to them). They made a point to reach out as to how well organized things were at pick up time and were duly impressed as buyers as well! Brandon and his wife have our gratitude and thanks! Amy

Brandon and his team did a wonderful job handling my parents estate. The house was huge and old. There was so much trash and junk to go thru but he always had a smile and kind words. I felt like I made a friend at the end. I love that he uses different sources to sell things other than just an on site sale. Try them. You won't be sorry.
