We come in and inventory everything for your peace of mind. we sticker all items so the items have professional clearly priced and all match the inventory list. We handle all the advertising of the sale before hand and the days leading up to the sale. We have 2 cashiers and depending on the size of the estate we bring in extra help to secure your property at our cost. We are able to handle cash and credit card transactions. We handle what taxes need to be turned in from the sale and clean up after the sale to broom swept and left over boxed up. We are able to handle the left over items whether want left overs donated or keep for self. All you need to do is collect the money after the Sale.
