J & B treasures is an estate whosaler liquidator. Upon request and for a percentage fee we will come in to a home or business and sort through the estate items to determine what is saleable through a direct on site sale, which should go on an ebay auction and what possibly should go to a larger auction house for maximum profit for the client and consequently ourselves.
We have a combined expierence of 27 years in the antique and collectable business and doing local shows for antiques and collectables.
Our standard rate for sorting and clean up presale is 125 per day and 40 percent of all sale proceeds, less expenses for a dumpster if necessary or other unusual circumstances. We also sell offsite when the current address because of low traffic of gates or rules make it prohibitive, off site sales are 50 50 percent. We would love to help you maximize your inheritance..
