•We price at current area market value with a focus on sales to generate proceeds for the client.
•Combine on-site sale with eBay sales to achieve best selling price.
•Provide friendly, helpful customer service.
•Handle all bookkeeping.
*Present the house as a by-owner transaction or if listed with Realtor, offer Realtor provided sales sheets to interested parties
•Dispose of any remaining items through donation or sale.
Remember the Cardinal Rule: never throw it out until you've called us! You might be surprised at what really IS collectible these days!
