Our company, "HOPE 2 C U THERE!' is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. We conduct "in-home" estate sales for clients on the Oregon Coast, from Florence to Coos Bay, including the communities of Florence, Mapleton, Gardiner, Reedsport, Elkton, Winchester Bay, Lakeside, Hauser, Glascow, North Bend, Coos Bay, Empire and points in between. We never sub-contract sales, nor do we accept referral commissions, but we know many similar firms in the area and are more than willing to assist you.

We have been providing estate sale services in the Coos Bay/North Bend area for over twenty years. We are a husband/wife team with wide experience in the field of antiques, collectibles and tools. Marie has been in the antiques business since the early 1980's when she started at the Antiques Warehouse in Seattle, Washington. After moving to the Oregon Coast in the early 1990's, she owned and operated the Worldwide Antiques Mall in Coos Bay for years. Jonesy has a varied background in finance, tax auditing and management, as well as a longtime interest in the collection and restoration of antique tools. Together, we bring a wealth of knowledge and business acumen to the task of estate sales. We have a history of very successful estate sales in this area, and have a large and devoted following in the area. We know the local customers and we know what the price of the items are in our area. For high value and unusual items, we will do the necessary research to price the item correctly. We work on a strictly commission basis, with no set up fees, etc and so are devoted to obtaining the highest possible return on your property.

Occasionally we will buy the estate outright. We also network with antique and collectible dealers,charities,and whole house cleaners.

Please don't throw anything away until you talk to us. We put a price on anything we think will sell, ...yes, that means we actually price everything. No one walks away from our sale because they couldn't wait to find out the price of an item. When the sale is done, we will donate or dispose of any unsold items, per contract. We will sweep, vacuum, wipe down counters,and dispose of the trash, leaving the home in what realtors call "broom clean" condition.

Over the years, we've held estate sales in private homes, condos, farms and apartments. We also do inventory liquidations for businesses and personal property sales for vacation rentals and foreclosed properties.

Much of our business is by referral from attorneys, real estate firms and insurance firms but we welcome direct contact from the general public. Please give us the opportunity to earn your trust, and to deliver to you the best service in the industry.
