If I could give six (6) stars I would ! Don’t use any other estate sale company ..Heather and Thom and staff are the best .. organized, helpful, easy to work with and fair . They did it all and more .. everything they promised and everything I asked for . Selling a houseful of furniture made easy .

Heirloom Liquidators did an amazing job helping us liquidate our Fathers estate. During such a hard times such as loss of our Father, they were great at coming in and handling every aspect of the sale and clean out of his home, a task too great for just us. Heather was especially always responsive and professional. They even went above and beyond to help us with some things after the sale was complete. I cannot recommend them enough. Before you start stressing yourself with sorting and donating, give them a call! They were very kind and helpful with any of our concerns or requests and very professional.

Heather and her excellent and professional crew of researchers and coordinators did a remarkable job for my in-laws who were downsizing and needed to part with many collectibles, furniture and household items. For as stressful as it could’ve been, Heather always had a solution for every issue regarding advertising, permitting, parking, pricing, and even dealing with some potentially tricky family dynamics!! The end result was a completely empty house, a big check, and she even coordinated with a housekeeper to get the house photo ready for the realtor.
Heather is a long time local resident, and I would highly recommend her estate sale company to anyone, especially my own family.

Heather and her crew were amazing! My brother and I do not live in Florida so we were not able to be there. My husband met Heather briefly before the sale took place. You can tell how much she cares about the people she is working with. I happened to be working with her when her own mother was ill and we kept in touch about both of our moms. This could not have been a better situation! I totally plan on meeting Heather next time I am in Florida to give her a hug in person! I highly recommend this company!

What a wonderful experience we had with Heirloom Liquidators. They were respectful of our parents home and really treated it and our parents belongings as if they were their own. The constant communication leading up to during and after the sale was incredible.
