This fee covers essential services such as display arrangement, meticulous pricing (including thorough research on each item), photography, and the 2-day sale. This comprehensive advertising effort can be tailored to cater to local, statewide, or nationwide audiences, depending on your specific needs.
For removal fees, we charge $40 per yard of material left over at the end of the sale. This fee would be in addition to the 40% on items sold, to pay for a 20yd container and labor. For example:
A sale of $5000 with 20 yards worth of items left over you would make $2800.
