This was my first time doing an online auction. Even though I came into the auction when it was well underway the staff were attentive to my questions about the bidding process and how to make payments. The auctioneer was clear and detailed about each auction item. Prices were also completely transparent so I knew how much I was going to pay upfront. One of the options for curbside pick up was right in my area. I can't say enough good things about the staff, the level of professionalism and the ease of transactions after my auction ended. With my realtor's help, I attained the services of Grasons and worked directly with Kelly. Kelly was organized and planned a schedule ahead of the sale with me and my realtor. Unbeknownst to me, this included her written inventory of all the household items and furniture I had moved into the garage to prepare putting the family home up for sale. Kelly also worked with the stager to include family items used for staging. From start to finish, Kelly managed "social distancing" with care by containing the entire sale within the confines of the garage and outdoor patio when the house was in the final stages of escrow. Before escrow closed, she had removed all the unsold items, insured the house and garage were completely clean/move in condition and provided me with a statement to be used for tax purposes. As I live in northern CA and am not flying due to the pandemic, I found Kelly's consistent, informative and direct style of communication extremely helpful to the entire escrow process. I strongly recommend Kelly and Grasons Co. to anyone needing to have an estate sale and, especially if you wish to do so in an efficient and effective manner.Diane Kanegae
Kelly was great! I'm selling a house owned by my sister in law and wanted to empty it of all the old furniture, appliances and kitchenware. I interviewed several estate sale companies and I'm glad I selected Grasons. She sold everything and cleaned out the debris after.
