Our company handles "Personal Property" liquidation for both residential and commercial. For smaller personal property, we can sell via on-line auction.

We have The-State-Of-The-Art computerized system to categorize all your inventory and can sell On-Line via Timed Auction or
On-Site Auction. "Absolute" and or "Reserved Auction" prices can be set, our computerized system also provides you with an End of Sale Summary of every lot sold, including what sold via Credit Card, ATM Debt and Cash.

Please keep this in mind: Plan to have your Estate Sale, On-Site Auction or On-Line auction BEFORE YOU LIST YOUR HOME FOR SALE. Francine, can also sell your home traditionally or via On-Site or On-Line Auction. Most Sales & Auction Sales must be planned, due to the fact that if we are dealing with a whole house full, we need time to prepare, sort, label and advertise your personal property.

Whether you decide to take days or weeks to sort through the items yourself first, depending how much you have to sell. Or you could hire us to sort through your household goods and allow us to stage your personal property. Staging can make a BIG difference to whether you have a successful sale or not. We accept most major credit cards, ATM Debit cards as forms of payment with Valid Drivers License or State ID at our personal property auctions; however, depending upon our clients request, we may only accept CASH SALES at our auctions. Whenever possible, we will post forms of payment accepted for each auction.
