They were extremely professional and very concerned about our family's feelings. And we netted more money than I would have made doing it on my own, and everything went perfectly. Thank you!

Every sale they put on, you are guaranteed to find something you didn't even know you needed! My walls would be boring if it weren't for years of collecting through Fairlight. I couldn’t have done it without Jess and Jorge! The thought of emptying out my 10,000 sq foot house seemed ovewhelming at first. It was chock full of stuff - everything from expensive antiques to junk, accumulated with my late-wife and kids. But it was time for me to move on as I was getting married and we wanted to start out new. Jess told me to pack what I wanted, and leave everything else to them.....even the old shoes.

Jess has some kind of background in art/antiques in Manhatten, and Jorge’s expertise is electronics and collectibles. They were able to price everything fairly, and did a great job marketing the sale. They and their workers were able to sort through the stuff in about a week, and everything was tagged and ready to go on the day of the sale.

They dealt well with what has to be the most difficult HOA on the planet, and handled the heavy traffic and crowds with ease, (this was a heavily attended sale). Their entire staff was very professional, efficient, and respectful of our wishes. They were also very sensitive to the needs of my kids who were dealing with the loss of their home, a few years after the loss of their Mom.

We made way more $$$ than expected in the sale, and a few days later, thanks to the “cleanout guy,” the house was completely empty. They accomplised in a week, what would have taken us a year! Looking back, we can’t imagine going through this process without Fairlight. I can’t say enough about how wonderful Fairlight is to work with, and would without doubt, hightly recommend this company.

Fairlight Estate Sales was an excellent company to work with! Loss is difficult, dealing with the removal of your loved ones possessions is painful. Jessica was sensitive, compassionate, fair and professional. It was a substantial property and start to finish she was efficient, organized and great with communication!
