About Extraordinary Estate Services
Extraordinary Estate Services has been serving San Diego for the past 40 years. Cecilia and Wayne are able to continue exceptional estate services for your clients and customers.
Wayne has BA from San Jose State University. He was on the Sandicor Rules and Hearings Committee. He has mediation training from the National Conflict Resolution Center. He is current Treasurer with Skyline Paradise Hills Planning Committee and Vice Chair of Paradise Hills Neighborhood Council. He is a musician and very active in the Community. Cecilia is trained as RE Agent and currently works at Farmers Insurance Company.
We have both been into the arts, antiques and collectibles for the past 30+ years and we have intermingled with some of the best in San Diego.

This past Spring, my family hired Wayne and Cecilia of Extraordinary Estate Services to coordinate, deliver, and develop a post estate sale strategy from my Uncle's craftsman's home in the South Park/Golden Hills neighborhood of San Diego. Following the event, Wayne and Cecilia earned the 5 stars and deserve many more stars!Christian J.
In terms of preparing for the sale, Cecilia and Wayne followed an open line of communication in a professional manner as to when they were going to come into my Uncle's home and arrange the plethora of items in my Uncle's house. My wife and I really appreciated the clear communication since we lived directly behind the house in a cottage on the property. During the last couple of weeks leading up to the Estate Sale, my wife and I marveled how Wayne and Cecilia transformed my Uncle's vast eclectic collection of items into a clear, clean, logical layout, that quite frankly, was a neater layout than many thrift stores in San Diego.
Now, on the actually Estate Sale days aka "Game Day", Wayne and Cecilia flourished!
First of all, they promoted the event tirelessly using all of the necessary social feeds, and secondly, they posted large professional banners in front of the house. The neighbors who just walked by mentioned to me that this estate sale was conducted in a dignified fashion that actually paid homage to my Uncle in a positive fashion promoting his eclectic , exciting and adventurous life. That was important to me and my family.
During the busy Estate Sale Weekend, Wayne and Cecilia handled the event in a calm manner. That was no easy feet as over 500 people traveled in/out of my Uncle's home that weekend. But because all of the items were well arranged and laid out and Cecilia and Wayne carried out their roles magnificently, the Estate Sale was a resounding success both financially and emotionally.
After the event, Wayne and Cecilia could have gone on the merry way and leave the cleaning up part to the family. But, that's not how they roll. They finished the job by coordinating with other necessary buyers and movers to transfer the unsold items into the hands of businesses that could use the items.
This whole process went way better than I had anticipated and if I have to go through another Estate Sale I'm contacting Wayne and Cecilia at Extraordinary Estate Services.
