I take inventory, I price everything, I set up, market and advertise the sale, in order to bring in as many cash buyers as possible, all with no money up front. I work with the family to ensure that their needs come first and foremost. I'm gentle and caring, and my one priority is for my client's satisfaction.
We are also downsizing specialists, and can help the transition from family home to smaller apartment go as seamlessly as possible, helping clients understand and thrive in their new situation.
