If you own or manage a property including a home full of antiques, quality furniture, jewelry, sterling silver, fine china, household goods, collectibles, tools, lawn equipment, outdoor furniture, etc. and require liquidation due to death, illness, relocation or general downsizing, Estate Solutions of the Carolinas is available to assist in achieving your goal.
Our knowledgeable staff can organize, price and stage your estate items to enhance their value. An advertised sale (w/photos) can be conducted promptly and professionally. We have over 25 years experience specializing in antique sales and estate/tag sales.
A sale can be scheduled for a 2 - 4 day period depending on the size of the estate with proceeds split 70% for the client and 30% for our company minus expenses for both. A total accounting will be provided.
Following the sale, we can also assist in finalizing the liquidation with:
1. referrals for major cleaning of the premises in preparation for sale of the real estate,,
2. schedule an on-site auction on the last day following the sale,
3. or transfer of excess items to an auction or consignment business,
4. arrange for a real estate agent to manage or sell the property,
5. return your TV cable boxes and,
6. arrange for donation of clothes and remaining household to local thrift organizations,
7. plus any additional tasks needed to help you complete this project.
