We'd been trying to help my dad downsize for years, but it'd always been so overwhelming since we live out of state. We finally decided to pack up the stuff he wanted to keep, move him in with us, and let an estate sale company handle the rest. The problem was that the house was run down and needed repairs before it could be listed. Coordinating contractors from out of state would have been very difficult. And we needed to find a real estate agent. By some miracle we happened to call Epic Estate Sales and Cleanouts. The owner handles the estate sales and cleanout. His wife is a licensed real estate agent with many years of experience. And the two of them renovate and flip houses on the side, so they are well connected with construction crews.
Our experience with Epic Estate Sales & Cleanouts was truly outstanding. We loved working with them. Tyler, Crystal and the Epic team were professional, great communicators, and very knowledgeable. Great on clarity and adapting to our needs and desires within function and reason. We put our trust in them, they delivered! Honest, ethical, hard working.
