We Offer On Site Sales with No upfront fees - All fess are taken from the gross and net proceeds. No out of pocket expenses. We will work to create a “sale” schedule that will work within the time frame that best suits you. We will organize, arrange and display all items to be sold. We will use available tables, shelves and other accessible areas to create an attractive display for your items to make them enticing to buyers.
We will appraise all items to be sold by using our vast knowledge of the items for sale, if there are items that need special appraisals we may engage outside appraisal services. We arrange for advertising regarding the “sale”. We will advertise in local papers, online and with signage.
We are a professional and courteous Company and will conduct all “sales” as such. Our main goals are to sell your items and maximize your proceeds. We will always be courteous, professional and respectful of you and your family as well as your home.

We also offer help with the disposal of your leftover items. There are always items that do not sell. We will be happy to suggest a local charity that can pick up those items for you at your convenience or help you haul things away.
We keep accurate records that may include photos of your items and we will provide you with complete records following the "sale".

We recognize that each Estate Sale is different and we will make every effort to be flexible, fair, reasonable and understanding to your specific situation and needs. We will work with you with scheduling and all arrangements that need to be made. We realize that timeliness is very important and we will do our best to be sure that all deadlines are met.
