In the fall of 2014 I made the most difficult decision it was time to sell our second home in Massachusetts. I knew I had some repairs needed but the question of emptying the house was also a large concern having no children wanting my beautiful things, I thought so anyway since I was the main purchaser or should I say collector of such items, my sister volunteered to help. She started a search on line for estate liquidators because we were often looking for such sales as shoppers when in MA as a pastime to find collectables for the “camp”.

I received a call immediately and they instructed me someone would get in touch soon. Several different liquidating companies did call including Creations Unlimited; initially all were very interested in my stuff. Creations Unlimited was the only person that followed through and came when she said she would and I knew after our first meeting she was sincere and easy to work with.

After she explained how things would work, the money split and all, our first meeting was to clean out the attics. I thought I could do it myself but she knew better and came to my home and within a few hours helped me to empty years of accumulated stuff just put out of sight to do something with someday. I knew from that day she was strong and very organized, she has a great system and was diligent in her methods to get the best price. I finished all the repairs and returned to Florida. Within 60 days the home was swept clean and I received a check. Creations Unlimited also was helpful in general making sure my cable box was return and many other details I would consider above and beyond. She communicated every step and was a pleasure to work with. I recommend Creations Unlimited to anyone liquidating a home and have doubts about having someone honest come into your home and get the job completed with ease.

I am happy to recommend Creations Unlimited to prospective customers looking for a responsible, hard- working, and experienced estate manager.
I had the occasion to observe them in action as my friend and neighbor had hired them to oversee the sale of her personal property in the home. Considering that my friend was now living in Florida and there was a deadline when new owners would be moving in, this required a trustworthy individual who was a good time manager and who knew the value of the property ( with many collectible pieces). Not only did they have these attributes, I was amazed at their industrious nature in handling what, to me, seemed like an impossible task! What also impressed me was the conscientious manner in which she conducted themselves in caring for both the home and its contents. The other feature I felt made them successful was their interpersonal and communication skills, both with me, my friend, and the buyers I saw them interacting with.
