In early 2023 I was appointed the administrator of the estate of a gentleman who had owned a well-known novelty shop in Mill Valley for many years and owned a large (2900 sf) and rather unusual unfinished house in Fairfax. We needed to sort through 50+ years of the accumulated and hoarded contents of the house, find and set aside items for an estate sale, haul away the rest, clear out the house and grounds, and sell the house. Oh, did I mention, the estate was without cash.

We contracted with Josh Roberts and Clarity Estate Liquidation, which turned out to be a great decision. Josh and his crew did an excellent and efficient job of clearing out the house, spotting numerous interesting items to set aside for the estate sale, and filled nine large dumpsters with discarded items of no value. But Josh was very flexible, he came up with innovative alternatives that worked very well for the estate and the heirs.
