Jerry Goodson, owner of the franchise, delivered everything he promised, and he had an incredible crew. The merchandise was displayed as if it were a retail store. We had a two-story home, but they displayed everything on the main floor and closed off the second floor. The traffic flow was managed very professionally. All in all, it was a good experience. They took care of all the details and when they were done, Jerry personally came in and cleared the tables. Jerry Goodson and his team were such a Godsend! I had struggled with how to handle my mom’s estate for months when I heard about Blue Moon from a friend-Jerry came out within hours of my calling, videoed the whole house, and we set a date for the sale! From there, absolutely ALL I did was remove the personal pictures, papers, and items we wanted to keep, and Blue Moon did the rest! Staged it, priced it, got licensed, advertised it, and worked the sale! Then the charity of my choosing came, at Jerry’s direction, and cleared the house! It was totally empty and ready to put on the market! I had planned to donate everything, so I was very pleased with the outcome!
