One more thing, for someone like me, being alone, they are willing to remove everything for you after the sale if you are not wanting to deal with it. For me, that was a huge plus. It was so nice to walk in the house after the sale and see it empty. And... Their pricing is VERY reasonable. Exceptionably reasonable for all they do :-)
