We list our items as accurately as possible and in good faith and is our opinion. If you have questions or concerns about an item, please ask.

When picking up your item, Mama Rose's Treasure LLC is not responsible for any injury while on the property. Take care.

We reserve the right to refuse any buyer.

All items purchased must be picked up promptly.

Bring assistance to move larger items. Our staff can only assist minimally.

All sales are applicable to sales tax and will be collected at time of sale. If you are tax exempt, you must present your form prior to purchase.

We accept debt card or credit card through our online payment system.

SHIPPING:

If you are shipping items, you are responsible for making those arrangements. Please let me know ASAP your plans so I can coordinate pickup with the shipper you have chosen. You are more than welcome to use whomever you wish to ship. However, here are a few local shipping options:

With over 40 years of dealing in antiques and collectibles, I operate an estate sale company specializing in assisting people downsize and sale of unwanted or unneeded items. Options available for whole house or single item sales and consignments. Additionally, i also have 4 booths at Dixies in Williston Vendor 50.
