Welcome to Gallery 225 Fixed-Price Shop! Thank you for shopping with us. Gallery 225 specializes in vintage and original art (including oil paintings, mixed media, folk art, and lithographs), antiques, collectibles, furniture, and unique estate finds. All items are offered at fixed Buy-It-Now prices with no bidding required.
By purchasing an item from this shop, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before buying.
 1. Condition of Items – “As Is” Policy- All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.- We make every effort to describe items accurately with detailed photos, measurements, condition notes, artist information (when known), and provenance. However, minor wear consistent with age and use (such as light scratches, patina, or small chips) may exist and may not always be photographed.- Buyers are encouraged to review all photos and descriptions carefully. If you have questions, please message us before purchasing.
2. Pricing & Payment- All prices are fixed (Buy-It-Now). No negotiations unless we specifically post an offer.- Accepted payment methods: Credit/debit cards and PayPal (via EstateSales.org invoicing) or cash and Venmo for local pickup (please note cash preference when scheduling).
3. Shipping & Local Pickup- Shipping Available: Many smaller items (art, collectibles) can ship nationwide. A packaging, shipping and insurance charge can be added to your invoice (USPS Priority, UPS, or similar carriers). Larger or fragile items (furniture, oversized art) may be Local Pickup Only in the Haddon Township / Collingswood, NJ area. Pickup must be scheduled by appointment only. Shipping usually processes within 2-3 business days after payment. Tracking will be provided.- Insurance is included on shipped items for the purchase value.
4. Returns & Refunds- Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of vintage and antique items, all sales are final unless the item is significantly not as described (e.g., major undisclosed damage or wrong item shipped).- If you believe an item is not as described, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and details. We will review and, if approved, arrange a return (buyer pays return shipping unless we made an error).- No refunds for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or minor condition issues consistent with age.- Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method minus any shipping/handling fees already incurred.                                                                                                                                5. General Policies- No holds without a deposit (non-refundable if the sale falls through).- Items are removed from the shop once sold or marked as pending.- We reserve the right to cancel a sale due to technical issues, pricing errors, or if the item is no longer available.- Gallery 225 is not responsible for loss or damage during shipping once handed to the carrier (insurance helps protect you).- By purchasing, you confirm you have read and agree to these terms.              Questions?
