Terms & Conditions

this is an online auction, please do not bid if you have no intention of purchasing the item. Buyer’s premium will be waved if you pay in person at pick up. If you would like that option please advise me as soon as possible to avoid me charging your payment.

Shipping is an option in place of in person pick up. I charge actual shipping, plus $5.00 for packaging and handling. Large items we may be able to deliver to a shipper.

Pick up will be in Metairie, on July 19,20. Please advise if that does not work for you, special pickups require a $50.00 pick up fee.

Sale will be followed by an in house sale in Metairie.

This Is an in house Estate Sale. Please come to the sale for pricing info, sizes of items. We do not do pre sales, that way every body gets a fair shot at purchasing items.

Large items have tags,

Friday and Saturday are priced as marked.

Sunday we will be discounting items up to 50%.

For online auctions; Please, do not bid on items if you are not going to pay and pick up.

If bidding on local pick up only, please note the pick up day will be on a Saturday immediately after the auction. If that will not work for you please, let me know before you bid. Any local pick up items not picked up on schedule will be mailed to you at your expense at the rate of postage plus a $5.00 handling fee .

I will send out invoices after sale is completed, please let me know if you want to pick up locally as soon as you can.
