When you arrive for your scheduled pickup, you are invited to let us know if you want to 'shop' inside. Please bring your credit/debit card or checkbook with photo ID to pay on the spot for any items you may purchase at that time.

    Social distancing will be a priority when on site. Masks will be required following CDC and VDH guidelines for proper usage. No exceptions. This is for everyone's safety. We will have hand sanitizer available.

    To abide by the Governor’s requirements for the number of patrons, we will limit the number of people in the house at one time.

    When you purchase any item from the sale, you will be given instructions on how to schedule your pickup time and date as well as the address of the sale site.

    Pickups will be scheduled with Signupgenius website.

    Please bring your own boxes and packing materials. If you purchase furniture, you may be required to disassemble and remove from the house yourself. Message us for information on specific items.
