BIDDING: Within 72 hours of close of Auction an invoice will be sent to email on file.
A Credit Card is required to be on file to bid. If you do not have a credit card on file your bids will be cancelled.
PAYMENTS: Payment will be required electronically, with no exceptions and you will be required to have a form of payment online with Estatesales.org, Cash is accepted on local pickup only.

AEP will invoice you using Pay Pal. You DO NOT need a Pay Pal account to our invoice. Within 48 hours of auction closing AEP will send an invoice to the email on file. You click the link in the email, and it will take you to the invoice to pay. CHECK YOU SPAM IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE INVOICE.. We know accept STRIP through the website. Please do not pay your invoice unless shipping in added.

SHIPPING: & HANDLING: Jewelry items CAN be shipped to purchasers IF buyer pays shipping and handling cost quoted after auction ends. If you would like a quote on shipping cost before bidding, please allow 24 hours prior to bid closing time to request a quote. Noting what items you are bidding on. We make every attempt to keep your shipping costs down by combining shipments on multiple items won. It may take us 1-4 days to add shipping cost on invoice. A 20% Buyers Premium will be added to all auctions.
ALL ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE FOR SHIPPING unless we mark: We ship USPS. If you item is large and requires freight shipping we do use UPS / FED Ex in those instances.

Price ranges from $5.00-$40.00 USPS or UPS Flat Rate or Ground Shipping will be 2-5 days from date of payment. Tracking & insurance will be submitted to buyer. Most items ship in bubble envelope - $8-$10.00 with insurance.

LOCAL PICK UP: We do offer local pick up for any items being auctioned. All items must be scheduled for pickup date & time. If you are paying at pick up we do accept credit and cash. If paying with credit please advise prior to pickup that is how you will be paying.
RETURNS: Typically we will not allow returns or exchanges, but if you can provide evidence that the item was not as advertised we will be willing to exchange for store credit if the item is returned (at buyer’s expense) in the condition it was in when it left our possession.
