Pick up will be Tuesday April 4 - Saturday April 8, 2023 in Monroe, NC or Pageland, SC between the hours of 11 am to 8 pm. Please text or call to arrange a meeting time after the auction is over. 704-231-5822. Address will be decided on when you call to make arrangements. If you need to pick up your items at a different time, please contact us to reschedule your appointment. Any items that have not been retrieved after 7 days will be forfeited and potentially re-listed with no refund of any kind (unless other arrangements are made).
All sales are final and are “As isâ€. Items are listed to the best of our ability and any issues are listed in the description and noted in the photos. If you have any questions, please be sure to call or email prior to bidding. Please be thorough before placing a bid. Your bid constitutes a contract that says that you are fully aware of the condition of the auction item and you are bound to purchase it.
Payment is due immediately after the auction. The card on file with Estatesale.org will be charged after the auction ends, unless otherwise specified, prior to the auction close, that you would like to use a different form of payment. You will receive an invoice via email once the auction ends. All auction items must be paid for within 3 days, unless other arrangements are made, or the contract will be considered broken and the buyer may be blocked from bidding in future auctions.
Shipping is available for most items, unless otherwise noted in the listing. ALL in state, North Carolina, buyers or buyers without addresses on file are assumed local pickup. ALL out-of-state buyers are assumed shipping requested, unless previously communicated. We go by the shipping address in your PROFILE at the end of auction. We ship via USPS. Appropriate shipping fee will be added to invoice. Multiple items won may be shipped together.
