1. To participate in this auction you will need to create a bidder profile and then register for this auction. You must be eighteen years old or older to register. You agree that all information that you provide during the registration process will be true and accurate. Invoices will be sent immediately after the sale and are due upon receipt and within 24 hours,
2. Bidding in this auction and every auction within this platform by Homestead Auctions and Sales is a legally binding agreement to purchase. Invoices will be sent to winners after close of auction. Payment is due upon receipt with no exceptions. Applicable state tax will be added to invoice. Shipping is available on select items. Should you require shipping, that charge will also be reflected on your invoice. If an item does not reflect shipping is eligible then that item is to be picked up only and you will have to schedule a time to pick up your items. Pick up day is non negotiable. The pick up times will be listed in description of sale. We do combine shipping when able.
3. All items sold AS IS with absolutely no real or implied warranties or guarantees. All items are described adequately and we try to point out anything important in the descriptions. The bidder agrees that by virtue of their bid they have inspected the item to their satisfaction either online or in person. Bidder agrees and acknowledges that dust, wear and signs of use WILL BE PRESENT ON ALL VINTAGE ITEMS. All sales are final and no refunds or returns are issued for any reasons including mistaken bidding, software interruptions, inadequate hauling methods or buyer's remorse.
4. Pick up for any and all items won are the responsibility of the winning bidder/purchaser. Whomever is picking up any item(s) must have a paid in full invoice receipt. There will be set times for pick up outlined in the description of every sale. Winning bidder/purchaser must bring help to remove heavy or awkwardly shaped items. THERE WILL BE NO ONE available to help at the auction site. Some items could be in a basement or on a second or higher floor. There will be no other times for pick up other than the times scheduled in the description of the sale, winning bidder/purchaser will forfeit their items if they do not pick up items according to scheduled times in description of sale. Should winning bidder/purchaser choose to abandon their items at the site by not arranging pick up, the items will be donated or resold. No items may be removed from site until total bill is paid in full. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder/purchaser to call or message Homestead auctions And Sales to schedule a pick up time within the stated time schedules in the description of the sale. For items where SHIPPING is offered, please know that Homestead Auctions and Sales does not provide international shipping, shipping only offered to the lower 48 USA.
5. Buyer's premium of 15% is added to all winning bids.
6. Should winning bidder/purchaser incur harm or damages to property or self during pick up, or as result of a bid/purchase made with Homestead Auctions and Sales, the winning bidder/purchaser agrees to hold harmless and assign no fault of any kind, and defend Homestead Auctions and Sales, to include all agents, from any losses and expenses including but not limited to fees, arising out of or resulting from negligence or misconduct of the bidder/purchaser during any portion of this sale from start to finish.
7. Homestead Auctions and Sales reserves the right to refuse any bid at the sole discretion of the company and all agents.
8. By the act of registering for any auction with Homestead Auctions and Sales each bidder hereby agrees that the terms and conditions have been read by the registered party- you the bidder, and that you, the bidder, agree to all terms and conditions listed herein.
