Auction Schedule
Bidding Opens: Friday September 18, 2026 – 8:00 AM
Bidding Begins Closing: Sunday, September 27, 2026 – 3:00 PM
Lots close every 30 seconds beginning with Lot #1.
Extended Bidding
If a bid is placed during the final one (1) minute before a lot is scheduled to close, that lot will automatically extend for an additional 60 seconds. Bidding will continue until no further bids are received within the final minute.

Preview is available by appointment only in Bryson City, North Carolina.

No refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, or adjustments will be made after the close of the auction.

Payment is due immediately upon the close of the auction.

• Invoices will be emailed following the auction.
• Declined payments must be resolved prior to pick-up or purchased items may be forfeited.

Please do not arrive before your scheduled appointment.
Items not removed during the scheduled pickup period will be considered abandoned and forfeited without refund unless prior arrangements have been approved by Cornerstone Estate Sales.
If you are unable to attend pickup, please contact us immediately. Cornerstone Estate Sales reserves the right to:- Withdraw, combine, divide, or re-catalog lots.
- Correct catalog errors or omissions.
- Cancel or reopen bidding when necessary.
- Resolve bidding disputes at its sole discretion.
- Refuse service or future bidding privileges to any buyer.
