ONLINE PAYMENTS ONLY: Payment will be required electronically, with no exceptions and you will be required to have a form of payment online with Estatesales.org, but you can make payment with any of the following after you win: PayPal, Square, Venmo, Stripe, or Zelle – no cash or checks. If you need us to take your credit card info over the phone, we will help you with that. NOTE: If you do not indicate that you want to use an alternate payment source, we will charge payment method on file.
SHIPPING: & HANDLING: Small items CAN be shipped to purchasers IF buyer pays shipping and handling cost quoted after auction ends. If you would like a quote on shipping cost before bidding, please allow at least 24 hours prior to bid closing time to request a quote. We make attempts to keep your shipping costs down by combining shipments on multiple items won. It may take us 1-2 days to add shipping cost on invoice and do most of our shipping on Fridays. A 10% Buyers Premium will be added to all auctions.
SMALL ITEM PICK-UP APPOINTMENTS: Item pickup is available at our Brea location Tuesday - Friday from 10am till 2pm, no appointment needed. Saturday pickup is by appointment only. You can schedule Saturday pick up here: https://bit.ly/itempickup
LARGE OR AWKWARD ITEM PICK-UP APPOINTMENTS: If you will be picking up something heavy or awkward you may be asked to follow us to or meet us at a nearby house instead of our warehouse in Brea, CA. If you purchased something that fits this description, please text to be sure of appointment location. Also, you are responsible for bringing adequate number of people and equipment to handle the removal and transportation. Please be aware that there most likely will be at least a few steps involved, and/or small doorways, we reserve the right to refuse your pick-up if we feel it endangers the homeowner's property. Please make note of deadline for pick-up below.
DEADLINE FOR PICK-UP AT HOUSE LOCATION: IF THE AUCTION ITEM IS AT A HOUSE, YOU WILL NOT HAVE A GRACE PERIOD TO PICKUP, YOU MUST PICKUP BY DEADLINE ON AUCTION DETAIL.
DEADLINE FOR PICK-UP AT WAREHOUSE: WE TRY TO WORK WITH YOU IF YOU NEED EXTRA DAYS TO PICK-UP BUT, WE DO NOT HAVE THE STORAGE CAPACITY TO HOLD YOUR ITEMS LONGER THAN 10 DAYS AFTER CLOSE OF AUCTION. ALL ITEMS NOT PICKED UP OR SHIPPING COST PAID FOR WITHIN THAT 10 DAYS WILL BE FORFEITED WITHOUT ANY POSSIBILITY OF REFUND.
SALES TAX: We will collect sales tax of 7.75% unless you add your seller's permit info to your account through Estatesales.org. We CAN NOT adjust your invoice after the fact if you do not have that info entered.
RETURNS: Typically, we will not allow returns or exchanges, but if you can provide evidence that the item was not as advertised, we will be willing to exchange for store credit if the item is returned (at buyer’s expense) in the condition it was in when it left our possession.
