TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ASK QUESTIONS: All items are AS IS. We are not experts, nor do we claim to be. All items are considered used, and may have flaws or wear & tear.
PAYMENT TERMS: Full payment shall be made in credit or debit card. The card used to sign in to the auction will be charged for the items that you are the highest bidder upon completion of the auction. In addition to the hammer price, a 9.00% local sales tax will be added to the final invoice. Bidder agrees not to stop payment on credit and debit card charges.
BUYER'S PREMIUM: NONE
PREVIEW: Saturday January 18, 2020 from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at 2480 Hecker Pass Rd., Gilroy.
REMOVAL DATE: All merchandise must be picked up from the premises on Sunday January 19, 2020 between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM. All merchandise not picked up by Sunday January 19, 2020 at 3:00 PM will be deemed abandoned and will become the property of The Barn at Hoey Ranch unless you make other arrangements with us ahead of time. NO refunds will be given on unclaimed merchandise.
REMOVAl TERMS: Bring boxes, blankets and tie downs. We do have a limited amount of boxes, but could run out. We may not be able to assist in loading, so bring loading help if you are getting heavy items.
SHIPPING: We DO NOT ship. You must pick up your items.
