    Placing a bid is an agreement to purchase. Winning bidders agree to the terms and are committed to purchase. 

    Online auctions are similar to live auctions, meaning bids placed near closing of an item will add more time to allow all bidders a chance to place their final high bid. Items typically close 2-5 minutes apart, that's why we say "bidding starts to close at ..." For example, if bidding starts to close at 7pm, last minute bidders may keep the bidding running a little longer and items close one by one as bidding stops per item. Items will not likely close in order as some items spark more competitive bidding. This is a soft close auction. 

    Credit and Debit Cards accepted via Square. Your registered payment will automatically be charged with your card on file upon winning your bid. Please check your email for your final invoice. We do not accept cash for auction items. 

    Sales Tax Exempt information must be provided at time of registration. If any required information is missing, we will be required to collect sales tax.

    10% Buyer's Premium applies to each transaction.

    Please keep in mind that we offer vintage and pre-owned items that can show normal signs of use including some surface scratches and dings. Please review all pictures provided per item to inspect for imperfections. 

    Local Pickup Only. Delivery not available. Upon request we can refer a list of 3rd party movers who are in no way associated with Exquisite. 

    Items that are not picked up at the scheduled time will not be held nor refunded.

    Pickup address will be provided to winning bidders via email, but the general location is 121st and Mingo in Twin Creeks Neighborhood. 

    Pick up time is Saturday, December 20th 9-11am. Due to the strict timeframe we are on, there will not be any alternative pick-up times. If you cannot pick up during this window of time, please do not bid. Items not picked up during this time will be considered forfeited. No refunds.

    You are responsible for disassembling as needed and loading your items into your vehicle, so plan accordingly with any needed tools, moving blankets, dollies, straps, and muscle help. We will try to have most items moved to the garage for quicker pick-up, but WE CAN NOT HELP MOVE LARGE OR HEAVY ITEMS due to liability reasons.

    Please bring any bags, boxes or wrapping supplies you may need for your items.

Preview your Craigslist template

  1. Go to Craigslist and find your city.
  2. Under For Sale, click on the Garage Sale category.
  3. Click on the Post link in the upper right corner of the page.
  4. Choose the Garage Sale category and then select your area. Craigslist doesn't have an Estate Sale category and this is the closest match.
  5. Add the title of your sale and the location.
  6. Add your email address and keep it anonymous to prevent spam.
  7. Copy & Paste the html code below into the Posting Description text box.
  8. Click Continue to add photos and publish your sale. You will receive a confirmation email from Craigslist to verify the sale. Activate your sale by clicking the link in your email and your done!
  9. Craigslist allows you to re-post your ad every 48 hours. Re-post any sooner and your ad may be subject to removal.
