All items are sold as is. We describe items to the best of our ability and try to research as much as we can. Items that we sell are mostly used, vintage or antique and will have signs of wear. We will describe any visible major damage. We recommend that bidders Research, Preview, Examine Photos of all items in which they have an interest. *** Pick up will be October 3rd, 2022 *** Winners will be notified and MUST sign up for pick up times. Pickup Times Starting at 9:00am. We will be using USPS actual shipping cost (Envelopes, or Flat rate boxes) plus $10 handling fee. We will combine lots into the smallest box that fits. Buyer is responsible for all costs of shipping.
We assume you will require shipping if you are out of the state of Florida and will contact you with the shipping charges within 5 days after pick-up day. If you live in Florida and will require shipping, please contact us before pick-up day to let us know.

No responsibility is assumed by Gulf Coast Estate Auctions or Seller for any errors or omissions.
Terms of Use. Once you complete and submit your registration you have opted-in to receive email communication from us and in order to remain a member of this Site, you must agree to receive email from us. You must also authorize Gulf Coast Estate Auctions (GCEA) to charge the credit or debit card you have entered on this site for the hammer price of an item which you were the high bidder plus the buyer's premium and all applicable sales tax. Your card will be charged within 24 hours of auction end. Failure to keep valid credit card information on file will result in your use of the site being terminated. To initiate your ability to bid with Gulf Coast Estate Auctions, an initial $1.00 pre-authorization transaction will appear on your statement. This pending transaction will not settle and will drop off after 5 -7 business days (American Express & Discover may take longer). You certify that you are an authorized user of this credit card and that you will not dispute the purchase payments with your credit card company provided the transactions correspond to the terms indicated in this authorization outline.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS: Registering to bid and or placing a bid of any kind indicates to us that bidder has full understanding of the terms and conditions and accepts these terms along with the agreement to be so bound. Terms may not be amended in any way except by a signed, written agreement between Auctioneer and Bidder.
