TERMS OF THIS SALE: Since this sale is conducted in a private home, we have limited availability to the property so pick up/removal is on the scheduled day only with no exceptions. We are not able to accommodate your schedule so if you can't pick up on the date and time, DON’T BID.
Before BIDDING, make sure you can pick up your item(s) you won on the day and time listed. DO NOT CALL, TEXT or EMAIL to request a different pick-up time. We will not accommodate this. It is your responsibility to pick up on the selected date and times.
Pickup: Tuesday December 13th from 3-7:00 pm ONLY. No other days or times will be honored.
Address will be emailed to the winning bidders with their invoice after the auction is over.
If purchasing furniture or large items, bring your own help and tools. We do not provide lifting or moving assistance.
We don’t have a lot of packing materials such as boxes or paper so please bring your own.
Once the auction is completed, we will pay your invoice via credit/debit card on file with estate sales.org. Do not bring cash to pick up. We will be busy assisting customers during the pickup. You will be emailed an invoice, the address and pickup times. We will not be able to accommodate any other times or days to pick up your items so please be respectful and pickup on the posted day and time. All sales are final with no refunds and no guarantees.
***IF YOU DON’T PICK UP YOUR ITEMS AND WE HAVE TO REMOVE THEM ON YOUR BEHALF, THEY WILL BE DONATED TO CHARITY. WE ARE NOT A MOVING COMPANY OR A STORAGE COMPANY SO PLEASE BE RESPONSIBLE AND PICK UP YOUR PURCHASED ITEMS. THANK YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION!
