NO WARRANTY:
All items are described to the best of our ability. All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, without any guarantees or representations of any kind. The descriptions of items are believed to be correct. Nevertheless, neither those descriptions nor any oral statements made by the Owner (or his agents or officers) or ProOrg (or his agents or officers) concerning any item shall be construed as a warranty, either expressed or implied, as to the authenticity of, or defect and will not be held responsible for advertising discrepancies or inaccuracies. Bidder has the right to examine the merchandise and accept it the way it is. If you are unsure about an item, please do not bid. SHIPPING & INSURANCE: ProOrg offers in house domestic shipping for all items. Buyer is responsible for all shipping, handling and insurance costs. These costs will be itemized in the invoice.
ProOrg offers international shipping for select items and destinations. Please contact ProOrg directly at proorg8@gmail.com or through the estatesales.org messaging portal for all your international shipping needs. Buyer is responsible for all costs and fees associated with international shipping. Once the item has left the United States ProOrg is not responsible for shipping. If package is not received, check tracking information and your local postal carrier.
EXPORTS/PERMITS: Buyer is solely responsible to identity and obtain any necessary permits for the product.
PAYMENT TERMS:
You will receive an invoice for your purchase which is due and payable upon receipt. Upon receipt of full payment and confirmation that funds are immediately available you will receive a sales receipt and the product(s) will be shipped to you or may be picked up locally. For local pick up please contact ProOrg directly at proorg8@gmail.com or via the estatesales.org messaging portal to schedule an appointment.
We accept all major credit cards, cash, money order and Venmo.
There is a 5% convenience fee for credit card and Venmo transactions.
There will be a $25 charge for any returned checks.
If payment is not received within 3 days of receipt of invoice ProOrg reserves the right to charge a storage fee of $5..00 per day or cancel the order. If the transaction is canceled neither party will have any further rights or liabilities to the other party in connection with said transaction. In the event that transaction is canceled ProOrg shall be entitled to hold, dispose or relist the product and buyer will not have any rights, interest or title of any kind in the product.
BUYER’S PREMIUM:
A Buyer’s premium of 10% will be added to your bid price and is payable by you as part of the total purchase price. The buyer’s premium must be paid at the same time payment for product is made.
