Appointment only pick up. Please do not show up and expect to come in and pick-up, pick ups are by appointment only in order to have your items pulled and ready to go.
All items are sold "As Is". There are no written or implied guaranties. All of our items are sold "Where is". The successful bidder is responsible for removing their purchased items from the sale. It will be the bidders responsibility to determine the sale condition on each item they purchase. All auction sales are final. The successful bidders are responsible for removing all purchased items immediately following the auction. Appointment signup website will be sent to all winning bidders. All items will need to be loaded by the successful bidder, we do not provide loading help.
A bid on an item constitutes acceptance of the item and terms of the auction. Your bid is a binding contract. Make sure your contact info is complete and correct on the bidder sign up page. Payment is due on completion of the auction, invoices will be sent and online payment via PayPal is the only option available.
Items will be available for pick-up at the stated/posted times only for the auction. Items paid for but not picked up during the appointment window will be forfeit, no refunds given.
Your bid constitutes acceptance of the terms, you are also agreeing to pay for and pick up items in the stated times.
