We do not appraise or give any guarantees on any item in this online only estate auction. All items are sold as is, where is with no returns and bidding is at the sole discretion of the bidder.
We encourage all bidders to attend our appointment only preview by calling 713-574-1053 to schedule available preview days/times for this online estate auction. It is the bidder’s responsibility to preview and throughly inspect items prior to bidding. It is the bidder’s choice to forego a preview of items and is not and will not be a reason for not completing the buyer’s invoice of purchase at the close of the sale.
We do not accept personal or business checks.
Cash may be paid upon item(s) pick up.
Credit and Debit cards processed through PayPal.
ON SITE PICK UP
Upon close of online estate auction buyer will pay invoice with PayPal credit card service (you do not need a PayPal account to pay with credit or debit cards and call 713-574-1053 to schedule pick up and remove purchased items. (As an example: If online estate auction closes on Wednesday, Saturday would be last day for payment and pick up). If you would prefer to pay with cash, let us know when calling to schedule pick up.
After close of auction, buyers must call 713-574-1053 and schedule an available pick up time to avoid storage fees. Item(s) not picked up within scheduled time of pick up with be charged $1 per item, per day. Any item(s) not picked up and accrued charges paid, within thirty (30) of online auction close, will be written off as abandoned.
Buyer must supply their own packing supplies and/or moving labor during pick up.
We offer shipping on smalls (items that will fit in a standard box), items we do not ship will be clearly stated in the description of that item as “PICK UP ONLY.”
When a buyer chooses to have their items shipped, the buyer pays for all shipping/handling charges in an additional shipping invoice. Buyer must pay this shipping invoice within three days of original email send date.
When shipping invoice is paid, the buyer’s item(s) will be processed and shipped with a tracking number emailed to buyer. PLEASE NOTE: Buyer risks loosing item(s) if they do not complete payment of shipping/handling within three days of shipping email sent date.
